This is a cut and paste activity whereby students work out the sequence of patterns using a set of apple-themed dice. If you are looking for extra reading material then this product contains three reading passages with pumpkins being the central topic of the passages with comprehension questions. Included in the passages are some types of pumpkins, Thanksgiving and the custom of carving pumpkins at Halloween. Pictures are included within the passages for students to refer to. It would be ideal for students to partner up and read together and then answer the questions. Aimed at: Pre-K/K As you play slides 3 to 4 the children count aloud the numbers. Slide 3 is from 1 to 10 and Slide 4 from 11 to 20. You have the option of using Slides 5 to 26 for more counting from 0 to 20.
